Great coffee brings friends and neighbors together like nothing else. That's why we created this medium roast to pay tribute to the time-honored pastime of lingering in the café, casually sipping an expertly brewed cup over conversation.
The three Latin American coffees in this carefully crafted blend were selected for their balance and brightness, and the roast fine-tuned to brew the perfect medium-bodied cup. We decided to name it after our third café, opened by Alfred Peet in 1980 on Domingo Avenue in Berkeley, in the shadow of the Claremont Hotel. For more than three decades, Peet's regulars have gathered here to enjoy hand-crafted drinks and the camaraderie they inspire. And that's something worth commemorating.

Enjoyable enough. We got this for a change from Major Dickinson and found it to be satisfying enough. Was milder, had good flavor but probably will try something else next time. If you like medium to mild roast this might be for you. I guess I just prefer something more robust.
My crazy addiction. Love this coffee.
We absolutely love this flavor. It is full bodied and not acidic. Good hot or iced.
We are having trouble finding it in our area too. We are requesting that the store bring it back for the second time. They brought it back after the first request for about 9-12 months. Maybe we will get lucky a second time.
I echo other reviewers….started drinking Cafe Domingo about a year ago and now can't find it locally. Bummer. Found it first at my local food Co-Op and then at one Target in town….and now it's nowhere to be found. I use only the whole beans. I was hooked, and now need to find the 'next' best thing.
Love this coffee. Perfect for cold brew no other one stacks up... I live in Iowa and I can find no one who carries Peets Cafe Dominican go anymore.. Bring it back to Iowa
