How to place an order via web, phone, mail or fax.
We will ship coffee, tea and other items the first business day
following your order date. We'll deliver to your home, office or
any address you request, including most international addresses.
We offer several payment options: check or money order by mail,
and MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover online, by phone,
fax or mail. In addition, you can use your Peet's Card online or
by phone.

Order online at www.peets.com. We follow standard
Web protocols to ensure that any financial information you give
us remains secure.
We make it easy to shop online by offering several different shopping
pathways. The Peet's store lists all of our products in the Coffee,
Tea, Essentials
and Gift sections.
Use our Express Buy feature to
purchase our best-selling coffees quickly and easily; customers
with a profile on www.peets.com can create and save their own list
of favorite items. And you can easily create a recurring
order that repeats automatically every few weeks.

Call 800-999-2132 from within the US and Canada, (Monday - Thursday 6 am – 7 pm PT, Friday 6 am – 6 pm, Saturday 8 am – 4 pm PT, Sunday closed).
From Mexico and countries outside of North America, please call 510-594-2950.
To order via fax:
Fax your order with your name (as it appears on your credit card),
your credit card number and expiration date to 866-360-4908.
Please be sure to include your phone or fax number in case we need
to contact you.
To order via mail:
Enclose a completed order form with a check, money order, or credit
card number and expiration date. Please note: we do not accept cash
or COD orders. Be sure to include the appropriate shipping fees
for each shipping address.

Order and shipment confirmations
If you place your order online, you'll instantly receive an order
confirmation via email. Should you need to make any changes to the
order at that time, please reply to that message and our webmail
team will make those changes.
We send a shipment confirmation after your order has been shipped.
Once this has been sent, it is too late to make any changes to the
order.
Recurring Orders
A recurring order is the best way to guarantee regular delivery
of your favorite coffee or tea. Simply place a master order, and
let us know how frequently you want us to repeat it. There are two
easy ways to place a recurring order: through the Recurring
Deliveries section of the site, or by placing an order and then
at checkout by checking the "Repeat my order..." box.
By having a recurring order with Peet's, you will automatically
become a Peetnik, and eligible to save 50% on shipping.
Gift Certificates
We offer an electronic gift certificate, as well as a web-based
Peet's Card.
Our electronic gift certificates are
e-mailed to your gift recipient within 24 hours of placing the order.
The electronic gift certificate can only be redeemed at www.peets.com.
It can not be used for phone orders or at our retail stores.
To redeem an electronic gift certificate online, simply enter the
gift certificate number in the Gift Certificate field during checkout.
Note: for security reasons, the email address you enter in
the billing information section must match the email address to
which the electronic gift certificate was sent. This helps ensure
that the intended recipient of the emailed certificate is indeed
the person redeeming it. Any remaining amount on the gift certificate
will be stored in our database, available for use on your next purchase.
We no longer offer paper gift certificates for sale, but you may
still redeem them by mailing them in with your mail order. See above
for the address and basic instructions.
Peet's Card
The Peet's Card is available on-line and
through customer service at 800-999-2132, as well as at all
of our retail locations. The Peet's Card is a re-loadable debit
card that makes it easier than ever to shop with Peet's. Don't know
whether someone buys their Peet's at a store, online, or by phone?
The Peet's Card is the perfect solution. It also makes an excellent
gift for friends and family who aren't near a Peet's store. Simply
load your card with any amount up to $200, and use the card to pay
for your purchases on www.peets.com, by phone or in our stores.
It's convenient, it's collectible, and it makes a great gift.
You can save your Peet's Card information in your profile for further
ease of use online. To use a Peet's card online, simply enter the
card number in the Peet's Card field during checkout.
You can also check your balance online at any time. Registering
your Peet's Card, whether you are a web or store customer, helps
to protect the balance you have on your card. Should your card become
lost or stolen, call us at 800-999-2132 and we can issue a new card
containing the current balance at the time you contact us.
