Flat Shipping rates within the U.S. and APO/FPO addresses are listed below. Regardless of your order size you pay the one low flat rate. International shipments are available with rates listed in the shopping cart****. To calculate shipping charges for a tour, multiply the shipping rate by the number of months in the tour.

Order more than one pound of coffee per shipment. Shipping cost for 2 pounds of coffee is the same as 1 pound. Depending on the frequency of your orders, you can reduce your number of shipments and save up to $90 annually in shipping. At Peet's we lock in freshness after roasting by packing the coffee right away and flushing each bag with nitrogen to remove oxygen before the bag is sealed. If you order whole bean coffee and keep the bag sealed before you use it, you should be happy with the freshness when you open the bag 4 to 6 weeks after roasting. Once you open the bag, be sure to store the beans in an airtight canister, and of course, grind your beans right before brewing your coffee.
Don't ship to a PO Box. It costs less to ship to a physical
mailing address than to a PO Box. When you enter your shipping address,
do not include a PO Box.
Peet's is committed to freshness. That's why we ship coffee, tea and other items the next business day after you place an order. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. We won't charge you until your item is shipped.
To keep ground shipping prices as low as possible we automatically choose the most efficient carrier based on weight and location. Your package could be shipped via United States Postal Service OR UPS. If you are unable to receive EITHER USPS or UPS please call Peet's Customer Service Department, 800.999.2132 for assistance.
*Standard Ground shipping Standard Ground shipping is available to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with Standard Ground shipping usually ship the next business day and typically arrive in two (2) to six (6) business days. Shipments to the Continental US (not including P.O. Boxes) are sent via USPS or UPS depending on weight and location. Shipments to AK, HI, and P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS. Shipments to APO/FPO address are included in the AK, HI and P.O. Box rates and are shipped via USPS.
**UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. UPS 2nd Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air shipping will typically ship the next business day and arrive in two (2) to three (3) business days.
***UPS Next Day Air
UPS Next Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. Separate rates apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and can be viewed in the cart. UPS Next Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS Next Day Air shipping will typically ship the next business day and arrive in one (1) to two (2) business days.
****International Shipping
Standard and expedited international shipping is available. Standard International is USPS Priority Mail International and will typically ship the next business day to arrive in six (6) to ten (10) business days. Expedited International is USPS Express Mail International and will typically ship the next business day to arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days. Rates can be viewed in the cart for Canada and other International shipments.
Our Multiple Shipping option sends the same exact order to all addresses. So if you want to send the same item(s) to a number of people, only place 1 of each item in your shopping cart. Enter as many shipping addresses as you'd like during the checkout process. We will "clone" the order, and send it to everyone on your list.
The same order will go to all recipients. If you want to send different items to different people, you must create separate orders.

Should you feel the need to return an item, you must contact Customer Service first and we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you. If you return items without contacting Customer Service first, you may be subject to paying the return shipping costs. You do not need to return coffee, tea or food items to get a refund or exchange.
