General Information about Managing Deliveries
1. You must have a saved profile on www.peets.com in order to manage your deliveries.

· If you already have a profile, log in and click on Manage Deliveries to see your order history or access any future shipments
|
· If you do have a profile, but your recurring order is not visible, please call us at 800.999.2132 to link the order to your profile
|
· If you do NOT have a profile, and you DO have a recurring delivery, please call us at 800.999.2132 to set up a profile and password
|
· If you are new to peets.com, simply check the box to save your billing information when placing your order, and you will be able to manage your deliveries
|
· Please note: Changes to your orders do not update your profile, and changes to your profile do not update your orders! We're sorry, but due to the way our data is organized, your profile and your order are two entirely separate entities. YOU MUST UPDATE BOTH YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR SPECIFIC ORDERS if you have changes to your personal information.

2. General helpful hints:
 |
· To finalize any changes you make, you MUST click on SUBMIT CHANGES.
|
· You can only make one change at a time. Once a change has successfully been made, you will be brought to a page that says "Changes to your order #W1234456 (your order number) have been saved". If you do not see this page, your change has not been finalized. You need to click on SUBMIT CHANGES.
|
· Please note: Changes to your orders do not update your profile, and changes to your profile do not update your orders! We're sorry, but due to the way our data is organized, your profile and your order are two entirely separate entities. YOU MUST UPDATE BOTH YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR SPECIFIC ORDERS if you have changes to your personal information.

3. Terms defined:
 |
· Active: any order labeled Active can be edited.
· In Fulfillment: these orders have downloaded from the web and are in the process of being packed and shipped.
· Exception: an order labeled Exception has encountered some difficulty in being fulfilled. This often means a credit card you have on file has expired. Please call us at 800.999.2132 to resolve the problem.
· Cancelled: This order has been cancelled by the customer or by a customer service representative.
· Shipped: This order has been shipped. You can click on any order in the Completed Orders section and click on Clone Order if you would like to re-create that order.

Recurring Orders
There are two primary ways to make changes to your Recurring Order.
Master Order:
If you edit the Master Order, all future shipments for the order will reflect those changes. You would only make changes to the Master Order if you want the changes to affect all of the future shipments for your recurring order.
You can make the following changes to your Recurring Delivery Master Order:

· Billing information
· Payment type (credit card, Peet's Card, gift certificate)
· Add or delete items that will ship in all future shipments for the order. See section below on adding new items to a recurring order.
· Quantity of items and grind (if applicable)
· Frequency with which future shipments for the order will ship
· Shipping Address
· Shipping Method (ground delivery vs. 2-Day Air for example)
· You can put all shipments for the order on hold for as long as you would like

Remember that you must hit SUBMIT CHANGES to make an edit permanent. Changes to the Master Order will affect ALL FUTURE SHIPMENTS.
Future Shipments:
If you want to make changes that will affect one particular shipment in the future, you will want to View All Future Shipments. You can view the next 10 future shipments by clicking the 'View All Future Shipments' button at the bottom of your Master Order page.
You can make the following changes to any future shipment:

· Add or delete items that will ship in any one particular shipment. See section below about adding new items to a Recurring Order.
· Change quantitiy or grind (if applicable)
· Shipping Address
· Shipping Method (ground delivery vs. 2-Day Air for example)
· Shipment Date for any particular shipment
· You can cancel a particular future shipment

Remember that you must hit SUBMIT CHANGES to make the edits permanent. Changes to the Future Shipments will affect ONLY THE SPECIFIC SHIPMENT EDITED.
Important information about adding new items:

1. If you click on ADD NEW ITEMS, you will be brought to a grid displaying the items available for recurring delivery. Items already in your recurring delivery will be noted in the quantity fields.
2. To add a new item, simply enter the quantity desired. You can access available teas by clicking 'Add tea items to your recurring order'.
3. Select grind (if applicable) and review quantity, then click 'Submit'.
4. Remember to click on 'SUBMIT ITEM CHANGES' on your recurring delivery Master Shipment page.
5. Alternatively, if you already have an item in your shopping cart when you select to ADD NEW ITEMS, you will be asked what you want to do with that item. If you want to add that item to your recurring order, simply click on 'Add Items to Recurring Order'. You must click on 'SUBMIT ITEM CHANGES' to finalize the addition.
· Some items are available for limited times only. If an item you choose will not be available at the time of the specific shipment in question, it will not be added to that shipment.

Global Journey
There are two primary ways to make changes to your Global Journey Order.
Master Order:
If you edit the Master Order, all future shipments for the order will reflect those changes. You would only make changes to the Master Order if you want the changes to affect all of the future shipments for your Global Journey order.
You can make the following changes to your Global Journey Master Order:

You can access your Standard Order by clicking on it in Future Orders. You can make the following changes to your Standard Order:

· You can cancel the order

Note that once the order is "In Fulfillment" you cannot make any changes.
