Being Southern, I drink this tea over ice. I usually cut it with an equal portion of a different black tea which will change the character slightly depending on what is chosen and I can still enjoy the smoky flavor (please note: some would say the tea lacks subtlety which is why I cut it but that is why it holds up so well with ice).
This has been my goto tea for over 25 years. I have never gotten tired of it nor have I found anything else i like as much (although the Earl Grey is also good).
