We generally avoid Latin American coffees, so this one was a pleasant surprise that is fast becoming one of our favorites. It has a complex earthy flavor that is reminiscent of African varietals, with true chocolate overtones. Delicious and affordable.

I have been drinking varietal coffes for many years now. When I switched to Peet's as my supplier, I tried different beans and one has always stood out as the one the fit my taste... San Sebastian. I've always favored Central American beans and SAn Sebastian is the best.

Love love love this coffee! It is smooth, complex, and with a soft chocolatelyness. The aroma alone is enough to get you out of bed. We just took it on a family trip and everyone raved about how good it was.

I have a local coffee shop that freshly roasts there coffee on-site which I use to buy from but after trying Peet's- I don''t think I can back. There is a nice richness and dept with layers of flavors of nuttiness and spice. Much more complexity in each sip. Keep the great work.

I think I hit a bad batch as mine was actually bitter. None of the other bags in my Xmas sampler 6 pack were like that, so I think it was an anomalie. Still, I think the Major has all the other blends beat by a mile

This coffee is my summer favorite. The soft chocolate notes are so comforting and delicious that I always go for a second cup. I usually drink the Arabian Mocha Java in the colder months and really enjoy it's very full body and smooth finish, but in the warmer months the Guatemala''s liveliness is just perfect! I savor this coffee.

What an extraordinary coffee. The overtones of spice and chocolate are so yummy in the finish. Combined with the very lively acidity (effervescence), it's truly a coffee & cholcalte lovers delight

Antigua...the very name conjures up charm..the perfect village to soak up Spanish language and the lively acidity, smoothness and full rounded flavor of their Guatemala that finishes with a bitter-sweet chocolate.

I love Guatemala for its perfect blend of richness and subtlety. This beautifully balanced coffee travels in "waves" of flavor over the tongue: first, a delicate but lively acidity; next, a smooth, sumptuous sweetness; and, finally, a smooth, slightly dry finish that hints of chocolate. One of the few coffees I can think of that is equally good for breakfast and after-dinner dessert.

This full-bodied coffee has a lively acidity, a dry and slightly bittersweet note followed by floral and citrusy flavors. Its citrus quality leads right into a "wet", clean finish.

Deep and smooth, with good acidity that's sweet and fruity. Chocolate undertones, hints of woodiness in the finish.
