I actually discovered this coffee by accident. I was in Nicaragua (the land of lakes and volcanoes) on a mission trip. We drank Soppexcca coffee every day, all day. It was the most delicious coffee I'd ever tasted! I was so happy to discover that Peet's Coffee carries their beans in the US!! Love this blend! Nicaragua has some of the best coffees I have tasted!

My brother in CA gave me a 6 month gift set for Christmas (2010). The last in the set was Blend 101. It was worth waiting for! Wow! What a great coffee! We are big Peet's fans, but this one was over the top!

Just received Blend 101, Columbia, Costa Rica and House blend. The Blend 101 is by far the best. Absolutely the best cup of coffee I have had in a long time!

This coffee is one of my favorite coffees - it reminds me of our JR Reserve - with a wonderful body and spicy quality - this coffee is always at the top of my list. Great in the morning!

We have enjoyed your excellent coffees for several years when visiting our sister in Santa Clara, CA. My niece sent me a pound of 101 this week for a gift. Today I am enjoying a big mug of freshly ground & brewed 101 blend on my patio. I was not surprised to discover from your web site that it is a Latin American blend. Latin American coffees always seem to be my favorite. So far 101 is my favorite of all your coffee that I have tried. Thank you for a high quality product. Keep up the good work.

Blend 101 is a bright coffee with some tones of cocoa and a sweet sort of citrusy taste.

Blend 101 is a very smooth coffee with a slight tanginess when it first hits your tongue; however it has a nice clean finish. It is not a heavy coffee which I really like.
