I compared Peet's 'Jade Mist Organic' green tea yesterday (5/1/07) against "CAI HUA - KU FANG MAO JIAN" (one of the finest green teas I have found in the world, while visiting Beijing) and the Jade Mist Organic tasted very close to this. It had a deliciously-earthy flavor with tones of fresh pine and a hint of almonds. If it had more nutty flavor, it would be even closer to the Mao Jian from Beijing. Good value, imho.

A light, warm reminder of vegetable scents. The hint of peas and the leafy goodness of kale bring forth a refreshing and glorious beverage. Enjoying a cup of Jade Mist Organic is a time of delight.

This Chinese green tea is light and mild with a crisp flavor. You can taste flavors reminiscent of dark green leafy vegetables. It is a very satisfying tea with a refreshing flavor.
