This is a wonderful tea. It has a soothing, calming effect. It also has a very very good taste. Not sweet, but distinct peppermint taste and aroma. It is by far my absolute favorite.

I have enjoyed the loose leaf peppermint tea on almost a daily basis for a very long time and I say, WELL DONE. It's got a nice balanced flavor that soothes you after a demanding day or early on before the day get to be too much. I really can't say anything negative because it's my go-to drink when I need that extra bit of calm and centering. It's also great iced during the summer heat.

this is much better than the tea bag, if you are going to try a peppermint tea. Try this. It's aromotherapy, sinus relief & tea all roll into one.
