This was an good but not great tea for me. The black tea was a bit to strong for the osmanthus - I do not really taste the signature apricot/floral osmanthus flavor. However,this does make an excellent iced tea. I make a strong batch (1 1/2 teaspoons per cup) and pour it over ice - very good.

This is my favorite tea from anywhere. I am an earl gray fan, but the osmanthus in this tea is much more subtle than the bergamot or lavender in earl gray. I love it hot with a little sugar, and iced without sugar. My daughter drank this every morning until we ran out. Now that it is back, I am stocking up.

I love this tea, I usually don't like flowery flavored teas, I usually prefer black teas. The Osmanthus tea has such a subtle sweet flavor. I always buy it when I see it in the stores.

I have tried various herbal and flavored teas from Peet's. I didn''t like this one. It was neither a good black tea or a distinctive flavored tea. There was no "deep, rich and sweet taste" and no "heady floral and fruit aroma". In contrast Earl Grey with Lavender has an exciting and refreshing aroma. I finished the tin but I won''t be trying this variety again.

This is a really terrific flavored black tea. I don't usually appreciate flavored teas, but I tried it for the first time last year at the local Pete''s and immediately bought a tin. It seems to sell out quickly in stores. The osmanthus flower adds a mellow, subtle apricot quality to the flavor. A tiny bit of sugar helps bring it out and round out the body. Not astringent or excessively floral as Jasmine teas can be. Although great hot, this makes a stunning iced tea that people will ask you about when served.

Osmanthus tea is one of my favorites. Similar to Jasmine with the aromatic aroma but very distinctive. Gentle. Saw Osmanthus trees in bloom in China and brought back some of the flowers to make my own Osmanthus tea- but not as good as Peet's.

This is one of those seasonal teas that I look forward to every year. It's nice and brisk for ice tea in the summer and during the winter it's a great tea to enjoy with a bit of honey. There's a welcoming fragrance too with the tea that reminds you of fresh spring flowers. If you haven't tried it, you definitely need to.
