I like medium roasts and Colombian Supreme has been my favorite for years. Nothing smells so good as the smell of fresh roasted coffee beans. This blend is just delicious/very tasty. One of a few coffees that taste just like the beans smell. Cafe Domingo is the best!

I reside in rural northern Wisconsin and my son brought your medium roast coffee with him on his recent visit over Memorial Day. To my surprise they were fantastic!! I would highly recommend Pete''s coffee to all coffee lovers!!!!!

Being somewhat of a newbie to Peet's, I have enjoyed sampling many of their delicious beans. Yes, while this blend isn't as bold as others, Cafe Domingo is a very smooth and well balanced coffee. It is one of my favorites and I think it would be a good introduction for people who aren't coffee drinkers.

i am a die-hard peetnik and am willing to give anything a try with Peet's name on it - i am drinking cafe domingo this moment and felt that i had to write about it right away. toffee - yes, clean crisp finish - yes = but this is not a Peet's Coffee & Tea. if you are interested in medium roasts please do this under a different name. my favorite coffees now are from latin america and i will be picking up a pound of my blend 101 later today...thanks for reading...

i have been drinking peets since i bought my first pound of french roast on vine street in berkeley in 1976! when peets went corporate i began looking elsewhere for coffee and have been drinking a variety of specialty coffees ever since. but ever month i always find myself in peets hoping that the quality has improved. sometimes i find it has, other times no. i just tried cafe domingo and i think it is delicious! true coffee flavor that you can actually taste. you can taste the coffee and not the roast. i love it. congratulations peets on an interesting delicious tasting blend.

29 Feb 2012 --- Just tried a customer cup drip of the Cafe Domingo and i think its just a tad bit too flat. As a regular drinker of Fair Trade, Uzuri, Costa Rican and Ethiopian, this new medium roast blend has no body for me for morning or midday pick me up-ness. I would shift to market it as an after dinner drink dessert coffee or add some Kenyan in the blend to bring it up a bit
