Up until a few weeks ago, the Ethiopian Fancy was my favorite Peet's coffee. I sampled the Gaia at the new Peet's Coffee & Tea shop here in Vancouver, Washington and was sold from the very first taste. It is a smooth coffee for any time of day or night. It is so good to see Peet's up here in the Great Northwest! I have so many coffee places to choose from, and Peet's is still the very best! I wear my "41" hat proudly!

This is a wonderful coffee, much less acidic than most , yet with deep, complex satisfaction as part of its appeal. I drink it for breakfast even though my stomach generally does not react well to coffee in the morning, and think of it as a treat to start my day. Nice breakfast coffee with lots of character, mostly chocolaty and soothing. A great coffee!

Mild and aromatic, hints of cocoa and cinnamon, subtly earthy and nutty. Among our many organically grown coffees this one is the well behaved middle sibling; alwyas cleaned its room, said "please" and "thank you," picked up the dishes and chose the prep school path where it could get up the credentials it knew were needed for that coveted designation, "Certified Organic." Never one for staying out late or playing the music loud, it's always been reliable, in a button down Oxford sort of way, which may be its most endearing quality.
