In the world of coffee-producing countries, and among the ranks of the finest coffee farms, there has to be one that’s the very best. There are few places more suited to coffee production than the Antigua Valley of Guatemala, 5000 feet up, tucked among three massive volcanoes. There are even fewer places where the heirloom variety of Arabica coffee known as Bourbon produces such sublimely sweet coffee fruit, where the dry climate slows growth just enough so the beans yield tantalizingly complex flavor.
