10 Things You May Not Know About Our Stores

1. We ensure that, every day, our whole beans coffees have been roasted within 10 days.
2. We offer new crop coffees in season and highlight them on our menu.
3. We hand-scoop our beans to each customer's order, including ½ lb portions.
4. We will combine any of our regular and decaffeinated beans, upon request.
5. We will sample any of our coffees at our bean counter, upon request.
6. We use a timer to ensure that our brewed coffee is enjoyed within 30 minutes.
7. We grind our coffee beans just before brewing for all espresso drinks.
8. We only use freshly pulled espresso shots poured within 10 seconds.
9. We steam milk to about 155º F and discard it if it has dropped below 150º F.
10. We never re-steam milk.
