At first I was hesitant to try this tea. Normally I enjoy more traditional green teas like dragon well tea, sencha, & jasmine green teas. Tea mixed with fruit was almost taboo for me. But then I though about how Jasmine tea is a mix of flower with green tea, why not have pineapple and guava with green tea instead. There are advantages of blended tea. My dad who normally thinks traditional tea is too bitter likes this tea since the pineapple with the guava makes this tea smooth. For those who like the vegetal and bitter taste or the green taste, this will not be a tea for you. But if you like the idea of fruit punch with green tea or want to try something different. Then this tea is for you. To me this is thinking outside the box and I embrace this innovation! The name Green Tea Tropical says it all.
