I absolutely love this tea. It has a rich umami character, with sweet vegetal notes, and a fragrant floral finish. I didn't realize how complex and fantastic this tea can be until I began cupping it with Eliot Jordan back in 2013. It's a fairly delicate tea but if shown a bit of considerate handling it will provide great rewards.
