Super good! Las Hermana's is my new favorite along with
San Sebestian.

What month's of the year is Las Hermana's available?

I went into Peet's for my usual sugar free Mocha Skinny Javiva with extra ice and sampled this coffee. It was wonderful! I'd say. Get it while you can! I just bought another bag today.

I always look forward to your Nicaraguan coffees, and this one is great too. I once spent a day picking coffee on a cooperative near Jinotega and appreciate the process and hard work from where it begins. I will go downstairs now and sip my morning cup of Las Hermanas, a delicately balanced blend that tastes great without cream or sugar.

Medium roast, great south american like rich coffee smells, nice reddish/brown color when ground. Flavor is smooth, but my only complaint, and it's my own personal preference was i didn't check to see if it was a dark roasted coffee. I prefer the smokey-er richer taste of dark roasted coffee. For those that like coffee black and smooth, and lighter, this is a great choice, good for breakfast. So for me a 3, but you might very much like it if you like mid/south american coffees.
