HOW WE ARE RESPONDING TO COVID-19
FACE COVERINGS ARE NOW REQUIRED IN ALL COFFEEBARS
One of the easiest and most effective things we can do as a community is to wear facial coverings when we’re out in public.
Please join us in caring for each other by doing your part to slow the spread of Covid-19. Face coverings are now required for entry and service at all Peet’s locations.
We’ve installed floor decals as a guide to help our customers maintain at least 6 feet of distance both inside and outside of our stores. We’re also limiting the number of customers allowed inside at one time.
BARISTA SHIFT CHECK-INS
Before each shift, employees must complete a health check-in—including temperature checks—and are required to report any symptoms.
Baristas are required to wash their hands frequently throughout their shift.
STORE CLEANING & SANITATION
All high-contact surfaces in our coffeebars are sanitized every thirty minutes.
To minimize contact, all dispenser-based condiments (such as cream, milk, etc.) are kept behind the bar. Baristas will happily add them to any beverage by request.
PERSONAL CONTAINERS & FOR-HERE SERVEWARE
We ask our customers to please leave any personal containers, cups, or for-here serveware at home, as Peet’s will not allow them in-stores.
Customers can use the Peet’s app to order ahead, pay, and tip. We’ve installed plastic barriers at our cash registers and are disinfecting pinpads after every transaction for those wishing to pay in-store. Order Ahead with the Peet's App.
Our customers can have their favorite Peet’s beverages, beans, and food brought straight to their door using the Peet’s app or ordering via DoorDash.
