This review is for only first impressions of the physical structure of the kettle, with allowance for the quality of the brew: The overall design and shapes is attractive, with the silver kettle leaning more so toward classic deco era design. At first hold of the handle the body of the kettle, however, feels too insubstantial in weight for my comfort, and I feel the spout should actually be a flat shower-head style, facing upward, with very small multiple perforations for a gentler and more even discharge of water for soaking the dry grounds. The singular spout makes it really easy for the dry grounds to be displaced out of initial control with only specific places being pre-soaked and then soaked further for the brew.
