Received mine as a gift in December and have used it every day until I dropped it in the sink in August. Ordered a replacement immediately. I like that I can brew about (3) 16 oz cups per (1) scoop of loose leaf tea. If the third cup is too weak, I stir in some fermented turmeric and ginger mix or some matcha green tea. Awesome! It is easy to unscrew the plunger for cleaning the screen.

I have had the Mighty Leaf coffee/tea press since December 1. Four weeks later it developed a crack across the bottom and started leaking like a sieve. The borosilicate glass pot is very light in weight, so it is probably too delicate for use as a coffee or tea press.

Good glass pot, wanted for flowering visibility teas, especially white and green and handsewn blossom teas.
Remove plunger from middle stem due to it falling downward toward bottom as to not mash/crush your blossom tea bundle.

Handwashed first then felt comfortable using dishwasher top rack later on but still handwash plunger.

Very affordable and does not stain like other pots, clear to see levels and balance of hot liquid. Only used spring H2O and no black teas due to clarity. FYI. Gave another for Holiday Gift.
