Who can participate in the Peetnik Rewards Relaunch Celebration Sweepstakes?

Participation in the Sweepstakes is limited to Peetnik Rewards members who are at least 18 years of age, have a Peetnik Rewards account and access to the new Peet’s Coffee mobile app.

What is the Sweepstakes for, and how long does it run?

In celebration of our new Peetnik Rewards program, our Peetnik Rewards members are invited to participate in our Sweepstakes from 10/20/2021– 11/2/2021.

How many times can I enter the promotion?

You may enter the promotion 1 time per day, for each day of the sweepstakes. This means you can enter up to 14 times, and win up to 14 Feature Prizes, however you only have a chance to win a maximum of 1 Grand Prize

Is there a limit to the number of prizes that I can earn?

You are limited to winning a maximum of 14 Feature Prizes with a chance to win a maximum of 1 Grand Prize. If an instance occurs where you have already won a Grand Prize and your name is selected for a second time during our randomized drawing, the drawing will be repeated to select another unique winner.

How do I win a Feature Prize?

You can only win 1 Feature Prize per day, using 1 of 2 methods of entry.

You can look forward to winning one of our 10 Feature Prizes when you make a purchase during the Sweepstakes Period:

• In-store just scan the QR code in the Peet’s Coffee app at the register at time of purchase

• Or place a Mobile Order Ahead order with the Peet’s Coffee app

How do I earn a Grand Prize entry?

Each Feature Prize you win or free entry form you submit will automatically count as an entry to win one of our 3 Grand Prizes. You will be notified if you have won a Grand Prize via your Peet’s app, as well as through the email address used for your Peetnik Rewards account. We require that you claim your Grand Prize within 2 business days of receiving a Congratulatory email from Peet's sent to the email address associated with your Peetnik Rewards account. Should you not claim your prize by the designated time, we will randomly select another eligible winner.

Grand Prizes will be selected on or around November 3rd and an email will be sent out thereafter. You must reply claiming you prize by 8PM PT on Friday November 5th.

How will I know if I'm a Sweepstakes winner?

For Feature Prizes, you will receive a notification in your Peet’s app detailing which prize you have won, and in most cases, the prize will be automatically added to your Peetnik Rewards account within 24 hours. For any points won, you will see them automatically added to your points total.

You can verify your Feature Prize winnings by going to your Account Activity in the Peet’s app. To get there, tap “More” at the bottom, then tap “Account Activity”. You will see your Transaction Total, and the corresponding Check-in Activity detailing how many points you earned on that transaction plus the points won in the Relaunch Celebration Sweepstakes. For example, if you made a transaction of $5.30 equaling 5 points, and won 10 bonus points, you will see a Check-in activity of 15 points.  

For Grand Prizes, you will be notified of your Grand Prize winning through your Peet’s app and via a Congratulatory email sent to the email associated with your Peetnik Rewards account. We require that you claim your prize within 2 business days of receiving a Congratulatory email to the email address associated with your Peetnik Rewards account. Should you not claim your prize by the designated time, we will randomly select another eligible winner.

For Fraud Prevention, what is the review process?

Our team will be reviewing all entries and winners to ensure that there no fraudulent submissions or efforts to maliciously game the sweepstakes system.

What are the prizes for this promotion?

• FEATURE PRIZES: Feature Prizes are randomly selected for each qualified purchases or free entry form submitted. Prizes include 5 points, 10 points, 25 points, 50 points, 100 points, 500 points, 1,000 points, $5 Peet’s Card, $50 Peet’s Card, and 1 free craft beverage of your choice.

• GRAND PRIZES: Chances of winning a Grand Prize is impacted by the quantity of entry submissions by an eligible Entrant, with a maximum of 14 entries possible (one (1) per day during the 2-week Sweepstakes Period). Prizes include 10,000 points, 1 year of free Peet’s beverages, and 1 year of free Peet’s hand roasted beans, K-Cup® Pods, Capsules, or tea.
