How To Make The Perfect Pu’er Tea
It’s important to rinse the tea cake before steeping.

What You'll Need

Use one unwrapped cake of pressed leaves per 12 oz of water. Rinse the tea in the teapot with a small amount of hot water. Discard the rinse, pour 212ºF water over, and steep 5 minutes. Pu'er leaves can be infused multiple times without losing flavor or strength.
