Order and Shipment Confirmations
After you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive a second update to the same email address confirming once your order has shipped and containing your shipment tracking number.
Upon placing an order, you'll also have the option to sign up for text message notifications on the order confirmation page should you wish to receive updates via text/SMS.
Don't see your order confirmation email? Be sure that you entered your email address correctly and check your spam folder. You can also log in to your Peet's account and visit the Order History tab to view your order status at any time.
Tracking Your Order
Your shipment confirmation email will contain your tracking number. Click here to track UPS deliveries, and here to track USPS deliveries. You can also log in to your Peet's account and visit the Order History tab to view your order status and track your order at any time.
Peets.com orders will typically ship two (2) business days after they have been placed due to our order processing period. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday. Or, if you place an order on Friday, it will ship on the next Tuesday. If your order consists of a coffee that only roasts on a specific day (e.g. a Wednesday-only coffee), the entire order will ship together on that specific day. Orders cannot be roasted and shipped on the same day that they are placed.
Note: Holidays may cause an additional one (1) to two (2) business day delay in shipping.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email of the delay as soon as possible. Please note that you will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
We automatically choose the most efficient carrier based on weight and location. If you are unable to receive either UPS or USPS, please call Customer Service at 1 (800) 999-2132 for assistance.
A table of all shipping rates by order type and destination are available below. Standard orders include all one-time, non-subscription orders. Subscription orders include Frequent Brewer (recurring/auto-ship) subscriptions and Curated Subscriptions (including the Carbon Neutral Series, Small Batch Series, Single Origin Series, and Signature Blend Series).

Standard Ground shipping
Standard Ground shipping is available to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to the Continental US (not including P.O. Boxes) are sent via USPS or UPS depending on weight and location and typically arrive in two (2) to six (6) business days after shipping. Shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS.
3 Day Select
3 Day Select shipping is available in the Continental US (not including P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses). Orders placed with 3 Day Select shipping are guaranteed to arrive in three (3) business days.
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. UPS 2nd Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air shipping are guaranteed to arrive in two (2) business days after shipping.
UPS Next Day Air
UPS Next Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. UPS Next Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS Next Day Air shipping are guaranteed to arrive in one (1) business day after shipping.
Standard and expedited international shipping is available. Standard International is USPS Priority Mail International and will typically arrive at the destination customs in six (6) to ten (10) business days. Expedited International is USPS Express Mail International and will typically arrive at the destination customs in three (3) to five (5) business days. Rates can be viewed in the cart for Canada and other International shipments.
All peets.com subscription orders receive free domestic ground shipping (US only), no minimum order required. Discounts are available on expedited shipping for subscription orders of $30.00+. See our Subscription program FAQ for more details.
Free ground shipping (domestic US) is available sitewide on standard (non-subscription) orders of $49.00+.
Free ground shipping (domestic US) is available on standard (non-subscription) orders of $29.00+ that include at least one item from the Limited Release coffee category.
ShopRunner members receive free 2-day shipping on orders $25.00+. You must be a ShopRunner member to qualify and will need to log in to your ShopRunner account to see your exclusive shipping rates. Please select the ShopRunner Free 2 Day shipping option at checkout.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return any order within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). If you wish to do so, please call Customer Service at 1 (800) 999-2132.
Some orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund. In this case, we will arrange a pickup or issue you a return label to drop off the order for return. Please do not return an order without contacting customer service first as returns should be sent to our corporate office, not our roasting plant.
