SPARKLING ULTRA HONEY RECIPE
Ingredients
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon Peet’s Ultra Coffee Concentrate
Ice
6 ounces club soda (or sparkling water)
Directions
- Add honey and water to a glass and stir well to combine into a honey syrup.
- Add Ultra Coffee to the diluted honey syrup and swirl together to lightly combine.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Top with 6 ounces club soda, stir, and enjoy.
Optional flourish: before filling with ice, dip the rim of the glass in a saucer of honey.
