ULTRA CINNAMON ROLL MUG CAKE RECIPE
Makes one serving
Ingredients
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar, divided
1 teaspoon cinnamon, divided
½ teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon Peet’s Ultra Coffee Concentrate
1 tablespoon butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon cream cheese
Directions
- Add flour, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and baking powder to a mug. Whisk well with a fork to remove any lumps.
- Add milk and Peet’s Ultra Coffee and stir well to combine, making sure to scrape the bottom of the mug.
- Nestle the pat of butter into the batter in the mug, making sure to cover it with batter. Top with remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
- Microwave on high for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds (microwave times vary).
- Remove from microwave and immediately put cream cheese on top to soften. Dot with a drop of Ultra and dash of cinnamon, if desired, and swirl across the top of the cake with the back of a spoon. Dig in.
