L'OR Barista System Warranty Policy
TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
L’OR warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer. Proof of purchase is required. For a warranty claim based on a purchased brewer, we will provide a reimbursement of the full amount of the purchase price. For a warranty claim based on a free brewer that was included with the purchase of espresso or coffee capsules, we provide a reimbursement of the capsules purchased. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages (e.g., chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration, fading). This limited warranty is valid only in the country of purchase. The limited warranty applies only to machines purchased in The United States and used by consumers in The United States in accordance with the user manual and is not valid if a defect is due to incorrect use (including the use of unauthorized accessories, consumables, replacement parts), improper maintenance, incidental or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by the law. Commercial use shall void the warranty. The limited warranty is also not valid if alterations or repairs have been carried out by persons not authorized by L’OR pursuant to the terms of this warranty. Additional limited warranty restrictions, if any, can be found in the user manual of the product. Except to the extent allowed by applicable law, the terms of this limited warranty do not exclude, restrict, or modify, and are in addition to, your rights which may vary from state to state. No other express limited warranties are made by Peet’s Coffee and its parents and affiliates, L’OR, by any retailer, agent, distributor, or other party.
