  • For every 8 oz of 175°F water, use 1 teaspoon (1.5g) of Matcha in a dry cup or bowl. Begin with 1 oz of water and whisk Matcha into a smooth paste. Add remaining water and whisk to froth, approximately 15-30 seconds.
