Iced Sun Catcher with Peach Cold Foam Recipe
Makes one serving

Ingredients

Ice
12 ounces Peet’s Sun Catcher coffee, brewed double strength and cooled to room temp
¼ cup half & half
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon peach syrup

Directions

1. Fill glass with ice
2. Add half & half, milk, and peach syrup to a large measuring cup or jar.
3. Using a frother wand, froth half & half, milk, and syrup together until foamy.
4. Pour cooled Sun Catcher over ice.
5. Top with peach cold foam.
