Ultra Lavender Cold Brew Oat Latte Recipe
Makes one serving
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Peet's Ultra Coffee Concentrate
2 tablespoons lavender syrup*
6 ounces oat milk
Ice
Directions
- To a glass, add Ultra Coffee Concentrate and fill with ice
- Add oat milk and syrup to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously until foamy.
- Pour sweetened oat milk into glass, stir, and enjoy.
Notes: you can use other tools and techniques to froth the oat milk and syrup, like a blender or bullet blender, whisk, or hand frother. Or skip the froth and just pour, stir, and enjoy!

Lavender Syrup:
Heat 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, and 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender over medium low heat. Swirl gently until sugar is dissolved. Strain out lavender and let cool. Will keep, refrigerated, for one week.
