Stuart is President of Peet’s Coffee, Inc. He joined Peet’s in 2025 after more than 20 years leading global consumer brands. Stuart is responsible for all Peet’s domestic and global businesses, including Stumptown Coffee, Intelligentsia Coffee, and Peet’s China.
Prior to Peet’s, Stuart was SVP/GM at The Simply Good Foods Company through the Quest Nutrition acquisition in 2019 where he held a leadership role in Innovation. Previously in his career he held key roles in Brand Management at Glanbia Performance Nutrition and Procter & Gamble.
His favorite Peet’s drink: Large Americano, extra shot of espresso, black.

Allan joined Peet’s in 2018 and is responsible for digital technology strategy and overseeing development and delivery of global information technology, retail, eCommerce, and information security platforms. With over 25 years of technology experience, Allan’s expertise spans many industries and technologies in both private and public sector companies. Prior to Peet’s, Allan was SVP and CIO of lululemon athletica.
His favorite Peet’s drink: A cup of single origin Sumatra.

Kristin joined Peet’s in 2010 and holds the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. During her tenure at Peet’s, Kristin held leadership positions in Human Resources and legal operations before establishing the company’s legal department to oversee legal, corporate governance and risk management for Peet’s and its subsidiaries. .
Her favorite Peet’s Drink: The one she waits for all year, Ethiopian Super Natural, a coffee varietal available each January.

Joris was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer of Peet’s in February 2024 and oversees all aspects of our financial business. Prior to this role, he was the Global Group Controller of JDE Peet’s, where he joined in 2019, which is the world’s leading global pure-play coffee company with a listing on the Euronext stock exchange since 2020.
His favorite Peet’s Drink: A Latte Macchiato.

Doug joined Peet’s in 1994 and is the company’s third Roastmaster, overseeing Peet’s quality, sourcing, and sustainability. Doug is an impassioned reformer of responsible coffee sourcing. Working for more than a decade with the non-profit Enveritas, Doug’s team has innovated a system that identifies coffee farms down to the tree, and verifies the entirety of our farm partners' social, environmental, and economic standards.
His favorite drink is a cup of Peet’s, black, no chaser.

Piera Bignetti joined Peet’s in 2011 and has held leadership roles across Insights, Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and most recently Transformation, Integration, and Marketing. Born and raised in Italy, she developed an early appreciation for coffee culture, alongside a lifelong connection to CPG through her family’s grocery business. She brings a unique balance of analytical rigor and brand passion, with a background in Economics, Econometrics, and Marketing.
Her favorite Peet’s drink: Cappuccino

Gordon joined Peet’s in 2023 as the leader of our Retail Coffeebar business, bringing a wealth of experience in coffee, multi-unit management, and technology to Peet’s. He was born and raised in Germany and previously worked at Starbucks, where he spent more than a decade in both US and international leadership roles (working with both company-owned and franchise locations).
His favorite Peet’s Drink: Guatemala San Sebastián.

Jenn Eckstrom joined Peet’s Coffee in 2025 to lead innovation, quality systems, and food safety across retail and consumer packaged goods. A seasoned innovation leader, she has driven award‑winning product platforms across dairy‑free, cultured, frozen, and beverage categories by pairing scientific rigor with deep consumer insight and disciplined execution. Jenn is passionate about building high‑performing teams, embedding quality as a core enabler of innovation, and advancing the craftsmanship and integrity that define Peet’s exceptional coffee experiences.
Her favorite Peet's drink: Caramel Macchiato

John joined Peet’s in 2023 and leads supply chain operations including planning, procurement, roasting and distribution. Prior to joining Peet’s, John spent most of his career in the chocolate confection business with Mars Inc, Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, Lindt & Sprüngli, and See’s Candies. He held various supply chain roles extending from cocoa farm fields to customers distribution centers and retail shops.
His favorite Peet’s drink: Havana Cappuccino.

Marcia joined Peet’s in 2023. With over 25 years in the food industry, Marcia brings a wealth of experience from both large and small companies to Peet’s. She leads the CPG and Away from Home sales teams, encompassing DSD, Account Management, Sales Planning, Insights, and Strategy.
Her favorite Peet’s drink: Dark Chocolate Mocha Latte.

Marie joined Peet’s in 2012 taking on increasing responsibility across the People and Culture team as the company entered a period of unprecedented growth. In her role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Marie oversees all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, talent management, benefits, HR business partnerships, employee engagement, and leadership communications across the company.
