Peet's Cards are the perfect gift for those who love coffee.

The Peet’s Card is a re-loadable gift card that makes a great gift for friends and family. Just load it with any amount up to a total value of $200 and decide who the lucky recipient will be. Peet’s Cards can be delivered via email as an eGift or via standard mail. Peet’s Cards and eGift Cards can be used anywhere – online, in-store, or over the phone – so whether the recipient lives near a Peet’s or not, it’s the perfect way to give the perfect cup.

Handy tip: By registering the card on peets.com, the cardholder is able to 1) expedite the checkout process and 2) protect the balance, so if the card gets lost or stolen we can issue a new Peet’s Card of equal value.

  • What is a Peet’s Card?

    The Peet’s Card is a re-loadable gift card. It's convenient, collectible, and makes a great gift for friends and family.

  • What is an eGift Card?

    eGift Cards are a convenient way to give a gift card, digitally. Now you can give the perfect cup anytime, for every occasion, by email. Just like a physical Peet's Card, it's a re-loadable gift card. For eGift full terms and conditions, click here.

  • How do I purchase a Peet's eGift Card?

    To purchase an eGift Card, select your recipient, your desired design, add a personalized message and the amount you'd like to gift.

  • How is the eGift delivered and redeemed?

    On the delivery date you choose, an email is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message), its value and card number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card.

    eGifts are redeemed at coffeebars by presenting the printed page with the QR code, via a mobile device by pulling up the eGift email with the QR code or loading it to the Peetnik Rewards app to be scanned. eGifts can also be redeemed at Peets.com by entering in the card number and PIN during checkout.

    NOTE: Once you transfer your eGift card balance to Peetnik Rewards, your eGift card will be deactivated and value cannot be added back to it.

  • What Peet's Card values can I purchase?

    The minimum amount is $10 and the maximum amount is $200 on a single card.

  • Where can I use my Peet’s Card and eGift Card?

    Your Peet's Card and eGift Card can be used at any Peet's Coffeebar, at Peets.com or over the phone. (Please note: Peet's Cards cannot be used at licensed locations such as airports, grocery stores, cafes, universities and hotels.)

  • I’m a Peetnik Rewards member, can I upload my eGift Card to my app?

    Yes. To transfer the value of your Peet's Card or eGift card to your Peetnik Rewards app, open the app, tap "Peet's Card", then tap "Transfer Value." Then, enter the Peet's Card number and PIN. NOTE: Once you transfer your Peet's Card balance to Peetnik Rewards, your Peet's Card or eGift card will be deactivated and value cannot be added back to it.

  • How can I determine the balance on my Peet's Card?

    You can check the balance by going to the Peet’s Card Page and entering your card number and PIN. You can also check it at any Peet’s store or by calling 1 (800) 999-2132.

  • When I run out of money on my card, do I have to purchase another one?

    No, Peet’s Cards are fully re-loadable with any value up to a total of $200. NOTE: If you transfer your Peet's Card balance to Peetnik Rewards, your Peet's Card will be deactivated and value cannot be added back to it.

    Auto-reload: Make sure your Peet's Card or eGift Card is always ready to use by setting up auto-reload. Your card will be automatically refilled anytime the balance hits the threshold you set. Auto-reloads can take up to 24 hours to process after the balance reaches your set minimum.

  • Should I register my Peet’s Card and eGift Card??

    Registering your Peet’s card and eGift Card can be useful because you will be recorded as the card's owner. As a result, we will be able to issue you a replacement card if the original gets lost, stolen, or damaged. (Please note: we can only replace the value on the card at the time you notify us, so please report any loss or damage immediately; Peet's is not responsible for previous value on the card.)

  • How do I register my card?

    To get started, register online or call our customer service department at 1 (800) 999-2132 M – F 6 am – 6 pm PT.

  • If I purchase a Peet’s Card by Mail, how will it be sent?

    Your Peet’s Card will be delivered through standard mail. The benefit of standard mail is that the recipient will receive a physical card, one of our most popular collectible items.

    (For large standard mail orders requiring a parcel, we will use our usual bulk shippers.)

  • Can I order a Peet’s Card online along with other items?

    Since Peet’s Cards are shipped through a different fulfillment system, you will need to place separate orders for other items such as coffee, tea, or equipment.
