Iced Protein Matcha Latte
Makes one serving
Ingredients
2 teaspoonfuls Mighty Leaf Organic Ceremonial Matcha
2 ounces cold water
2 teaspoons raw honey
10 ounces milk (or milk substitute)
1 heaping tablespoon protein powder
Ice
Directions
1. Sift the matcha into a small bowl or cup with high sides and whisk the matcha with the water until fully combined.
2. Drizzle the honey on the inner wall of a 16-ounce mason jar, fill it with ice, and add the milk and protein powder.
3. Secure its lid and shake vigorously until combined.
4. Remove the lid, pour the whisked matcha on top, and enjoy.
