Sparkling Peach Chill Brew Recipe
Serves two
Prep: make the flash-chilled Off the Grid concentrate
Ingredients
½ cup Peet’s Off the Grid, ground for pour over
1 cup filtered water
2 cups ice
Directions
1. Bring water to boil
2. Grind coffee
3. Add 1 cup of ice to carafe (a Chemex works great for this)
4. Brew coffee over ice into carafe
For the Sparkling Peach Chill Brew
Ingredients
Ice
4 tablespoons peach syrup
16 ounces club soda
Directions
1. Fill two cups with ice
2. Add 2 tablespoons of peach syrup to each glass
3. Pour 8 ounces of club soda over ice in each glass
4. Top with flash chilled Off the Grid
